Yes you can, all of our personalised jewellery items are custom made one at a time so which ever name or even word you choose, it will be made especially for you.

You can add their delivery address and tick a box to confirm this is a gift to ensure the prices will be removed from the order form. A gift message can also be entered which will be printed onto the order form. Your gift will be beautifully wrapped and well packaged upon arrival.

Most of our jewellery are handmade in our studio using 925 sterling silver. We also use 18K Gold and 18K Rose cold to finish our items in delightful gold colours. We make them ourselves to get best quality and most affordable prices for beautiful products. For even more affordable option you can also choose our stainless steel products, which are also great quality, plated with PVC coating to stand the test of time.

For engraved jewellery we aim 1-3 days to get orders ready and shipped. For Sterling silver handmade jewellery it could take 3-5 days to make them.

It is always best to send us an email immediately if this occurs so we can check the status of your order, if we have already started producing your personalised item then you will not be able to change the name or word.

Due to the nature of many of our products being made in silver or gold, the world prices can vary which means sometimes we have no choice but to make adjustments to some of our prices. This can happen without warning, however we would only do it if the world price/s jumped dramatically otherwise we always do our best to absorb the increases to keep our customers happy with the best price

Shipping & Delivery

We use the services of Royal Mail. Please understand that once we hand over the packages to them, the delivery times are according to their usual suggested schedules. Our packages are usually able to fit in a regular letter box. We mainly use Royal mail 1st class services, but for an extra charge it can be upgraded to Royal mail Signed For or Special Delivery. For International order we use Royal mail standard, but for an extra charge it could be upgraded to International Tracked and Signed.

If there are no delays with courier services it normally takes 1-2 working days here in UK. It could take 1-2 weeks internationally.

Returns & Cancellation

Once we have started producing your order, we are unable to accept cancellations. If we have not begun then we will be able to offer you a refund.

All our beautiful items are created by our skilled team of makers and engravers, though human error can happen from time to time. Contact our customer team with an image of the error along with an image of the quality assurance sticker and they will have this resolved for you. 

Some of our items are made from plated metal so we include the care card to detail how to look after your personalised jewellery. As advised it can tarnish over time and more so if your item has come into contact with water however if your item is under 3 months old, contact us with an image and we will help in having this resolved. 

We advise you to have your size checked, once we have made the order we are unable to change it or accept returns due to the nature of the item being custom made.

On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns on any products that have not been personalised. All personalised items are ineligible for return or refund.

Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons. If error is made on our side we would replace or refund for the item as soon as possible.

If you open your package and see that your piece of jewellery is damaged in some way or appears broken, please contact us immediately by email so we can investigate what may have happened, and we will give you further instructions on how we will proceed to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Please also attach a photo.
